Everybody's skin is different, we don't all have the same skin type. What may work for my skin may not work for yours. I have found some nice homemade face masks for every skin type. These masks contain ingredients most people already have at home, I know I had everything for all of these masks at home.

Sensitive skin: Banana and honey mask
You will need:

  • 1/2 a mashed banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup of oatmeal, cooked with milk
  • 1/2 a tablespoon of honey
    Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients together. Massage the mask onto your face and then leave it for 15 minutes, before rinsing it off.

Combination skin: Lemon and honey mask
You will need:

  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (freshly squeezed is better)
    Instructions:
Mix the ingredients together and apply it evenly over your face. Allow the mask to dry (leave it on for about 10 minutes), before you rinse it off.

Dry skin: Avocado and honey mask
You will need:

  • 2 table spoons of avocado
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
    Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender or mash by hand in a bowl. Using your fingers apply the mask to your face and neck. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes, preferably longer, before you take it off.

Oily skin: Lemon and yogurt mask
You will need:

  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice (freshly squeezed is better)
  • 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
    Instructions:
Mix the ingredients together until it forms a paste. Apply the mask evenly over the face. Leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes, before rinsing it off with warm water. For the best results use this face mask once a week.
