Yep. Yet our hearts are so inclined to give reverence to man, don't we care what others think, say? We ask "do they like me?", and its our pride and desire for reputation.

We want to be liked, and that is at its heart "fear of man".

Even me... I try to fight it, but staying humble before God requires prayer, community and time in scripture.
