As per usual, there is a story :)

First of all I would like to thank all you that take their time and appreciate the stories behind the art.
I feel safe sharing these stories with you all.

It was a lonely and dark period in my life. I've ended a long term relationship and came back to my hometown. I had almost given up college and I was in the "eye of the storm".

I had a job, which meant I could buy things to drown my sorrow lol.
Naturally as a musician I wanted to have a nice guitar ( since I couldn't afford one with my "student" salary ), the easy choice was a Fender Stratocaster.

My friend who had more guitars than he could play decided this blue beauty wasn't his cup of tea.
He gave me a reasonable price and I fell in love with it.

I took it home and this song just hummed in my head.

Where will you be when the party's over?

Not a big fan of Billie Eilish but I know a good song when I hear one, and boy did she make one.

The song kept echoing in my head so I called my friends who know their stuff ( and have stuff ).
They borrowed me equipment for recording and I just plugged in and played.

I am really glad I captured this song in that exact moment, where I felt it the most.

The storm has passed as they all do, but I feel lucky to have this privilege of capturing the emotion in a piece of sound.

It is not perfect but alas nothing is :)

I hope you enjoy and thank you for reading

PS:
