My rose has bloomed for the first time in over 5 years and I am tickled pink. Thank you @nikv for the suggestions to revive this poor plant. I was at the point of uprooting it and moving it elsewhere and even had considered just removing it. This year has been the year that it has grown bushy and healthy looking. Looking forward to many more years of enjoying it.
