[Kekappa Special]- Making "Kacha Golla".

Hello Folks! Hope that you all are fine and safe.
Dessert! It is one of my most favorite meal. Not only mine, but also everyone's. Who does not love dessert! Everyone does. When I saw this contest was about making dessert, I thought I should try that. So, today I tried to make a dessert, it is called Kacha Golla. Here I am starting how I made this delicious dessert.

Ingredients:-

1. Fresh liquid milk.
2. Condensed filled milk.
3. Milk powder.
4. Coconut powder.
5. Sugar.

Here, I am going to tell you all the processes how I made it.

Step 1: Making Curd(Chana).

I started by making curd(chana). Making curd is actually a very difficult task. It took me a long time to make. I boiled milk for 8 minutes. Then I gave lemon juice to cut the curd from milk.

When I saw that curd was cut in milk, I turned off the stove. I threw out the water form curd. And then let the curd cool down.

Step 2: Mixing curd, sugar, coconut and milk powder.

This step was so easy. I took curd, sugar, coconut powder and milk powder in a big bowl. And I started mixing.

I forget to tell you that I made coconut powder like meat kima. You can see in that photo. I mixed for 5 minutes. Then it's almost done.

Step 3: Making ball.

Here, I made little balls by the mixed curd, coconut powder, sugar and milk powder. I think I am good at making shape. It was very fun.

Here, this was done. But I didn't like that. I wanted to give it more better look. Good looking for food is very important. So, I covered the balls with milk powder.

After it, I gave liquid jafran for more good look. Then, I was satisfied. Because, I made that, what I wanted. It's time to eat. Sorry guys, I could not share with you this delicious dessert. Because I am so hungry. Haha. I am just kidding. Hope you all will like it.
