"Trance"... an intriguing film that follows the story of Simon, an art auctioneer who suffers from amnesia due to a blow to the head during a theft of a valuable painting. To recover the lost painting, Simon undergoes hypnosis therapy with a psychologist named Elizabeth.
As Elizabeth begins to unravel Simon's broken subconscious, the lines between truth, suggestion and deception begin to blur.
But, predictably, things get complicated. The lines between reality and fantasy blur, and Simon finds himself caught in a dangerous game of deception and betrayal. With each hypnosis session, dark secrets are unearthed and hidden motivations are revealed.
"Trance" is a rollercoaster of twists and turns, full of intrigue and suspense. As the plot unravels, the characters become entangled in a web of deception that leads them to question their own identity and loyalties.
