I am in the bathroom, searching for writing inspiration and I sincerely hope that I get it. It's been one hectic day, I did finally go to Taraba State and gosh, the story I have gathered is a lot. I won't be able to share them today because I have a short time to write this before getting back to the others.

With all amount of sincerity, all I want to do right now is to succumb to the pleads of my body to drop my phone, and shut my eyes. I can't certainly do that. I have to show that I am up to par. And that I can be trusted to keep my words. This is exactly what I am doing, keeping my words.

They say consistency beats everything else. And it's been reflected in all the lives of those who are quite successful. Just yesterday, a friend is sharing his lessons from a failed business. And he pointed out that all everyone needs are to be consistent in whatever they are doing, and the future promises to be filled with big rewards.

One bigger response he gave that he had learned bitterly over the past few weeks is that "no one does it better". In this case, he talks about his business and how letting his assistant run it in his absence brought everything to the ground. I felt bad for him.

However, I took those lessons very seriously because if you are running a business and you have a staff or someone handling the managerial roles, you still got work to do. You have to impact the vision of the business into them so that they would be able to carry out tasks judiciously and effectively in your absence. The ability to transfer the visions, goals, and agenda, of the business takes time and persistence though. That's is because the original idea is in your head and it will require a lot to pass the enthusiasm you feel each time you think about it.

Very few people can do this well. And quite a small number are even able to get people who believe in the future of their businesses. Most staff are always on the job for their paycheck, the growth of the business has nothing to do with them. They are mostly not concerned with this part of the company and seeing bad attitude and energy flying around the office is inevitable.

Now, the question remains, how do I move the enthusiasm I feel about my business to the hearts of my staff, so I can get the necessary results?
