Lotto as a part or addition to AELF candy program

Hi folks!
First of all I need to say that I am an investor in AELF project (have around 500 tokens on my account in Huobi) and I am also a participant of AELF candy program. So I can say that lots of participants treat that program not as a bonus to their investments or as a motivation to invest. They take those points they get as a reward for their "hard work" (following AELF twitter with "likes" and retwits even without reading posts, also by chatting in telegram channels and voting in reddit. Few times I came across participants who insisted that posessiing of a big quantaty of twitter followers gives them lots more them it gives to investors in the project. So it means that AELF candy program needs to change something in its actions in order to provoke investment orientation of the candy program followers and to bonus investors. What is my offer? I think AELF needs to cancel referal part of its candy program and make weekly lotto with a price fund of 3.500 ELF that is now a weekly amount of the influential points fund. I am sure that lotto will attract to the program and the project more investors than any quantaty of referal links. The rules of lotto I suggest as follows:
I. Every quantaty within 10 tokens gives a participant in the lotto 1 entrance. For example, if someone has 5, 6 or 9 (up to 10) tokens - he has 1 entrance. If he has 11, 15 or 18 (up to 20) tokens - he has 2 entrances. And so on.
II. The prices I would make as follows:
1.000 ELF - 1 price
500 ELF - 2 prices
250 ELF - 4 prices
50 ELF - 10 prices
III. Among participants can be those, who have tokens on their candy program account and those who have tokens in their ERC20 wallets. Not on exchange accounts. For this purpose the participants in the lotto will have to register their tokens every week before the lotto event. For example it is possible to do it the way I have recently registered my EOS tokens. When AELF starts its own wallet it will be possible to change the rule for participation only for those who keep tokens on AELF own wallet.
I think that this lotto will increase the quantaty of those who would like to buy tokens and to hodl them. It will surely increase the price of the tokens as well. Also I would suggest to arrange on-line relays of the lotto in AELF Youtube channel. For the time being this channel has very few followers and with on-line lotto there will surely come thosands subscribers. So what do you think of that?
