Greetings to everyone 鈽橈笍
How are you all? I hope everyone is doing well. This is my first blog in hive garden community. How's the weather at your place? I live in mountains , the winter season is going on and temperature here is in - degree Celsius . Today, in this blog , I will be sharing some of veggies we have sown in fall season which are growing very slowly and gradually.
As you can see , some chillies are red. We try to let all the green chilli turned into red and then we pluck them and put them under sun for 25 to 30 days until they are fully dried . We make red chilli powder by grinding them and use the powder in variety of food recipes. The red chilli is a source of vitamin C .
We had sown garlic in rows and mustard greens between the rows . The mustard greens contain calcium and potassium which is very good for bones . It is very rich in antioxidants and includes vitamin A , vitamin C , vitamin K and vitamin E. Grow and eat lots of greens.
Radish greens are source of folic acid. These helps prevent cancer and diabetes.
That's all for winter veggies garden . I am noob at gardening. So , I think I will share less and learn more from this community.
