The normal green Indian Ringneck has a lime green body and blue tail. Their beaks are cherry red and mature Ringneck will have yellow and black eyes.
The males develop a black ring between 18 month and by 3 years ring is highlighted with pink and blue. The females do not have ring.

The average size of these parrots is about 16 inches in length, weight is nearly 120-125 grams, average lifespan 15-30 years and finally talking ability excellent.
