¡Hola, querida comunidad de Visual Shots!
Otra planta, otra mirada
Había salido a caminar.

Hello, dear Visual Shots community!
Another Plant, Another Look
After photographing the plant that had caught my attention in that little garden at the kiosk, I kept looking around for a while.
There were other plants there.
Since I already had my phone out, I took the opportunity to make a few more photographs. I didn't ask their names. Not this time either. I simply let myself be guided by whatever I found interesting through the camera.
There was one plant that I particularly liked. I don't know what it is called, and the woman who takes care of that little garden probably does. I can only say that it caught my attention because of its shape and the way it looked among the others.
I like how plants have the ability to make us stop without doing anything special. They don't speak, they don't move to get our attention, and they don't need to be in an important place. They simply grow.
There were several plants together in that small space, but each one had something different. Some stood out because of their flowers, others because of their leaves, and others simply because of the way they had grown.
This second plant made me think about something very simple: many times we look without really seeing. We enter a place, do what we need to do, and continue on our way. Only when we have a little time to observe do we notice details that have been there all along.
That day I hadn't gone out looking for plants or photographs. I had simply gone for a walk.
And I ended up finding a small garden inside a kiosk.
I like to imagine that, for the woman who takes care of it, those plants are part of her routine. Perhaps she waters them before starting work, removes a dry leaf now and then, or simply looks at them from time to time while serving people. For her, they are probably something completely ordinary.
For me, they were a small surprise.
I don't know the name of this plant, but I don't think that makes the photograph any less interesting. Sometimes we don't need to know every detail about something in order to enjoy it.
It was enough for me to see it, find it beautiful, and keep a few photographs before continuing on my way.
Maybe one day I'll pass by again and ask what it is called.
For now, it will remain, for me, that plant I happened to find in a small garden while I was out for a walk.
And I think it's also perfectly fine not to know everything.
