It has been a restful day today. The weather was unseasonably warm and some of the children enjoy being outside today. Others stayed in their beds and colored while listening to audio books.
They were playing "birds" and they had made a "nest" in the back yard. It looks cozy, somewhere to sit and enjoy the day. My children are fond of "cozy" things, blankets, pillows, hot tea, pleasant music. That's what they consider cozy.
It's a nice way to spend a day relaxing from a busy week.
We lit the candles again and enjoyed some more fried food! This time it was fried eggplant. Yum!
It's amazing how many slices we get from two eggplants, enough for the whole family to enjoy!
