Sadly, just about every country on the planet is struggling with energy needs.

This is made worse because politicians have placed unreasonable regulations and constraints on their electrical grid.

On the bright side, engineers have started developing a smarter grid which allows individually owned back up batteries and generators that work with the grid. This makes solar and cogeneration more feasible.

Countries that have unstable grids could leap frog the first world if they started building around a more robust grid.
