This is the first post that I write in this new community- Color Wolves United. I have no idea how this name was chosen by this community owner. He must be a funny guy and want all the bloggers have fun here, so why not join the community and start writing.

My first post is sharing how I made the restaurant quality butter braised cod. I also shared the pictures of the crabs and lobster that I made in the past. I am the seafood lover, so I always try to learn how to make good seafood dishes.

I bought three pounds cod from Costco this past weekend. It was the high quality fish- the wild catch cod from Alaska. I have learned the technique in the past how to make it as the restaurant quality, so I like to share with you here.

First, marinated two pieces of six ounces cod with salt and black pepper for fifteen minutes. Heat up the skillet, put some oil, then the cod. The skin side of cod was faced down to get the better color. After four minutes, Flipped the cod, put down two table spoons butter, then some garlic. Used the spoon to scope up the hot butter oil to the top of the cod. Doing that about four minutes, the cod should be ready to eat. See how delicious of the cod in the first picture.

I will share more yummy seafood dishes here in the later days. Hope you will do the same here, so we can make the color wolves hungry, lol.
