Greetings, today I join the initiative of@rutablockchain to share the way I met Hive, I would like to invite @Yetsimar
@mayoly1
@mariavargas .
Like many people here I come from the previous platform, so the way I found out about Hive was precisely when after a more or less long pause I decided to make a post on my blog and I realized that everything had changed, when I entered to the rooms of the usual discord communities to share my link there was a whole process of moving, that is to say now everyone was talking about the birth of Hive, so the first impression I had was a feeling of fear, I thought this was going to be like a kind of tragic end, where we all abandoned one ship to get on another where we didn't know where we were headed, I say this because for the users who at that time didn't understand (I still don't understand many things) how the platform was managed, it was like if we were blind, so although it sounds a bit crazy Hive at first scared me a lot, obviously my impression changed when I saw that everything at the publication editing level was practical ticamente with the same in markdown codes and that in curation aspects now I saw that I received even more support, but my beginnings were taking fearful steps but at the end of the day they were still steps that helped me move forward.
On the other hand, I always think that having someone within the platform that inspires confidence and helps you in the first steps is extremely important, the one who sold me Hive was @ fmbs25 who instructed me to register Hive and for Therefore, my account was activated immediately when I logged in, the most impressive thing was that I entered with the same voting power, which was just a little over 300 hp, but that encouraged me, because I thought that I should start from scratch and not It was like that, so I felt really good before I started doing my first post.
One of the new things I learned in Hive was that it is better to make the publications in two languages, then the publications would have more receptivity in those potential users and curators of other projects that were unknown to me until then, because until then they were very few. the Spanish-speaking communities, that seemed to me to be very important knowledge and knowing that the most difficult thing that was presented to me was trying to do the translations of my knitting publications correctly, in English the knitting stitches do not have a literal translation in the other language because what I had to learn many things and make my instructions understandable, that took me a lot of time at the beginning but today, even though it is still a detailed process, I do it with more confidence and speed
You have to see to believe, so of the things that they could have told me about Hive before starting, I think the most important thing was to enter and realize for myself all the opportunities that this platform gives us and for that I am very grateful to the community that instructed me in the beginning with all their tutorials.
