Even God cannot describe Himself. Moses asked Him who are you? He said I AM. In literal English it's not a correct English. I AM THAT I AM means you are nothing or you are who you are. If you try to understand God you will blow your mind.
Situation does not define Him rather He defines the situation.
I AM THAT I AM means if you want fight He gives you. You want judgment He gives you. You want peace He gives you. Anything you want anyhow He gives to you.
