@veta-less Art challenge "Носорог" Альбрехта Дюрера 1515 года.
Немаловажним фактом из истории создания этого гравюры, стало то, что Альбрехт Дюрер никогда в живую не видел носорога и использовал только наброски и рассказы других людей. Удивительно, что получилось столь правдоподобно и изображения этой гравюры считались достоверными изображениями носорогов вплоть до конца 18 столетия.
Хоть я и видел носорога, но нарисовать его в таком виде мне стоило определенного труда, не могу представить как сложно было это сделать Дюреру.

An important fact from the history of this engraving was that Albrecht Durer never saw a rhinoceros alive and used only sketches and stories of other people. Surprisingly, it turned out so believable and images of this engraving were considered reliable images of rhinoceroses until the end of the 18th century.
Although I saw a rhinoceros, but to draw it in this form I was worth a certain amount of work, I can not imagine how difficult it was to make Durer.
