Nice topic. We are literally surrounded by villains, or people we perceive as such, especially in the workplace where everybody is acting for themselves and thinks about their interests, their bonus, their promotions and so on. To avoid being or becoming a villain we must first be open enough to truly understand our impact on others. We must think about how our reactions are affecting others before we think about what benefits they might bring us.
