I bought this house flip yesterday for $155,000. I bought it from the MLS from another real estate investor that I know. The house was listed for $149,900 and we made a full price offer the same day it went up for sale. We were notified they had one other offer at $155,000 and if we matched that offer we would get the deal. I agreed and we closed a couple of weeks later.
The house needs minimal work compared to most of my flips and should be a fairly easy one. We even got a new roof and exterior paint, which I was not expecting! You can see my other house flip videos here:
