For all these photos I used a light tent and 3 speedlights. A light tent is a great piece of equipment for taking photos of small products. It is easy to create soft even lighting.
A light tent is similar to a light box. They are basically both a cube with translucent sides and a opening in the front. The translucent sides diffuses the light and creates an almost shadow-less lighting. It is also very easy to create an all round white background.
You can purchase a light tent on amazon or build your own light box. I prefer buying the light tent for its portability due to the light tent being able to fold up small.
To get a pure white background as in all these photos sometimes requires a little bit of post processing. You need to overexpose the background by one stop. Usually what I do is add a speedlight to shoot light through the back. If there is some areas that is not completely white you can use the the dodge tool in Adiobe Photoshop.
