Do you think in time centralized crypto exchanges will become stricter?

Binance just announced new sign-up rules for their platform. Honestly, I saw this coming years ago and I am not phased by it.

Has it caught you off guard?

All I know is that more and more decentralized exchanges will pop up to replace centralized ones.
