Hello Hivers, How are you? Hoping you had a great time today. For today's blog, I will share with you a very special day of mine, my Natal Day. My birthday was October 19, and I know it's already too late but let me share this special day with you because Hive is one of the great things that came into my life last year, and Im grateful to be part of this community.

What do you want to do on your Birthday?

• Go for travel alone?
• Eat in a restaurant with your loved ones?
• Celebrate it in your house with your family and friends?
• Spent your money on this special day and buy whatever you want?

On my birthday I want to celebrate with my family together with my friends. I want to catch up and know their life in the past year when every one of us twerking for life survival. As everyone knows it is a culture in the Philippines that when someone had a birthday, All of their family, cousins, friends, and neighbors came to their house to celebrate their special day. I missed this kind of celebration though the prepared food is simple and the setup of your venue is not soo pompous, you still happy because you saw all the important people in your life on your natal Day.

What Happened on My Birthday?

As an adult who works independently in a busy City far away from home and also in my Family and cannot celebrate his special day with them. What I did is first go to church and thank the almighty God for the gift of life, for the opportunity, and for the blessings. I went to Basilica del Sto. Nino of Cebu located in Colon street of Cebu Philippines, Attended Mass and lit up candles as an offering for everything that happened last year in my Life. I want to Close and open another Chapter of my life with the presence of God.

Coffee Shop on my Birthday

After the Church, I walked into the busy Street Of Colon Cebu and looked up for a Coffee shop where I can treat myself to something (chip treat) and also charge up my phone, I didn’t notice that my battery is already dead.

I have cousins and an uncle in this City, I arrange some dinner with them since they also have work in the morning and our free time together only falls at night I take a restaurant that is near our place so everyone will not be hustled. But before that, I take my time exploring what this BeanLeaf coffee shop is to offer. It is exactly located in Iconique Center Colon street Cebu, Philippines.

In Menu, they have a lot of delightful foods and refreshing drinks that are perfect for Hot weather. You have a lot of options if you will visit this place. I pick Cocoa Cheesecake Milk Tea as a refresher and Pork Lasagna for the snack. It was already 1:00 pm when I arrived at a coffee shop and after picking up my Order, I start my duty as A Hiver. Though it’s my Birthday, still I’m twerking for my next article to publish on Hive while enjoying my time on this Coffeeshop. The place is nice and a little cozy. They have a wood theme for the interior design they have for group areas and for solo customers that will make you feel comfortable.

My Lasagna arrived and it looks yummy and cheesy, and it tasted good, the cheese bursting in your mouth which makes you love it. I don’t know if you want to partner it with Hot coffee but mine was Cold Milk tea, and it was a good match for me. I stay for 2 Hours in this shop and enjoyed my time eating lasagna while reading interesting blogs from my favorite communities.

Eating Outside with your loved ones

3:00 Pm I went home and prepare for my quick Dinner with my Relatives in Kusina Clasica in Panagdait Cebu. I choose this Restaurant because aside from its location that is near our places, It is also a restaurant that I love because of its Filipino Cuisine, Like Pochero (It is one of the Best Pochero in Town), I swear cross fingers). Their vegetable Dish, like Pinakbet, Their Pancit Cantoon (that everyone loves), and Buttered Chicken. Their Cuisines here is like a Home cooked and the taste resemble my Mother's dish. That’s why I pick up this Restaurant.

We enjoyed the Food, and we catch up and update what we've been to over the past few days. It's been a while since we gathered together like this and have some dinner. Im glad that on my special day I still celebrate with my Family here in Cebu.

Closing a chapter in your life is very satisfying especially when you remember the ups and downs that are soo unforgettable happened in your life. Closing is not always sad as blank pages, remember that the written stories on these pages of your chapter are the proof of your success and continuing journey of your Life. These written stories will be your tools and information on how to make your next chapter more prosperous, fun, and exciting. Just use your experience wisely and in a good way.
