We all know that cryptocurrency is the future of money in the upcoming future and it's a matter of time every country will accept that fact. In fact, no country won't have huge issues to deny it. It doesn't matter government accepts it or not, People will use crypto because crypto is giving us full access to our assets and we can use our assets whenever we want according to our needs.
At the current time, investing in crypto seems to be a smart idea because, in the upcoming days, it can give us huge profits. If you are a good trader you can make a good profit within a short time and if you know nothing about trading then you can also make a profit by investing in various kinds of good crypto projects. Besides staking allow us to earn more in the field of cryptocurrency. Those who store crypto for a longer term can earn a handsome profit also by stacking only.
Besides good crypto projects do better and with time the price of those projects used to rise up which is profitable to those users who invested in those projects.
But does it mean investing in cryptocurrency is risk-free? The answer is "NO". The price can rise up but the situation can be the opposite also. It depends on where and when you are investing your asset. Suppose you choose BTC to invest in and you invested in BTC at 15K$, then you are in profit but if you invested at the price above 60K$, then you are still suffering a huge loss. Again on the other hand if you invested in any kind of shit coins, then it's like your invested money already vanished. It's true that if you invested in BTC at a higher price and you are suffering a loss at the current time, there is a possibility that the price of BTC will rise higher than the previous high which seems to be impossible in case of shit coins. So when we are investing and where we investing is very important for us.
As the crypto market is volatile, So we need to be careful before investing also.
I said it's the future money of the future world but it doesn't mean I need to invest all my savings in cryptocurrency. Some smart people used to say that One needs to invest those assets in crypto which s/he afford to lose. I support that statement and I also believe it.
So the question is how much we should need to invest in cryptocurrency? In that case, my answer is the highest 30-35% of our spare funds. Let me explain a little bit more about it. Suppose you can save 10K$ from your salary in a whole year I would suggest you to invest 3K$ to 3.5K$ in cryptocurrency. And the remaining asset you can store it somewhere you feel safe for your future and you will be able to use it whenever you need those. But it's suggested not to keep all the assets in the same place/bank/others. Because who knows what will happen if something wrong occurs.
