I was not that hungry till I read the topic for today! 😄
I like some good, homemade carrot cake. You can keep the store bought stuff, it's usually dry and over priced LoL.
Now I have a decision to make. Carrot Cake cupcakes, or Boston Creme cupcakes! 😩
I think I will have to go with the Boston Creme cupcakes first though. Out of the two, I prefer the Boston Creme a lot more.
But... I will be putting these on the list I suppose. I usually have to make cupcakes, because no one here will eat cake all that much. They will however eat cupcakes. Maybe it's the portion size of a cupcake. Go Figure!
My Mother used to make an excellent carrot cake back in the day. I miss her cooking a great deal.
As I sit here hitting the keys wondering what to type... my stomach is saying step away from the keyboard. I'm about ready to give myself a time out, and the punishment is:
Spend some time in the kitchen and make something. 😆
