Hah. I can see how a few run-ins with Blue Vein might have the Alliance overreacting to Terran Cheese.

Is there a possibility of the bacteria used for the curdling process to potentially escape into an otherwise pristine environment? Or is it well and truly deceased by the time the curing process has done its work?

...I have been writing this series since 2013 on the premise that cheese would be treated with sincere suspicion by the alliance. Possibly I've been mislead by the stuff that moves in when some cheddar is left neglected in the back of the fridge.
