At least in my fantasy world, these are armies of indignant Humans going up against a town/city/settlement full of Wizards, Warlocks, Druids, Artificers and other types who can just fuck up their day. Or life.

They won't do so very well, especially after Middenden cuts off their supply of magical items/potions/ingredients.

Heck, Wraithvine might get involved [or some of hir followers] and then they're in BIG trouble.
