I have been living in Bulgaria for some years now. And I found out, that this country is offering warm weather and good life quality with LOW PRICES FOR EVERYTHING !!!
Well, If you compare them .... with US, Canada, rest of the Europe. And it is in EU !
Taxes are small, food is great, people are kind ( well, mostly =])
