Most of our African brothers have this hit and run mentality. There's someone I onboarded on the hive blockchain, this fellow doesn't want to work hard to earn but was constantly asking when and how he can withdraw money from the blockchain.

Earning and getting to be recognized on the hive blockchain takes a lot of diligence, hardwork and patience. We want it now and now is dangerous if we want to go far on the blockchain.
