EOS Community Contract Specification & Plan for Distribution by Auction

I guess it was unintentional: EOS devs have left some links on github pointing to drafts containing sensitive information, before it was officially released.

I'm in an awkward position. I don't want take advantage of the leaked information, yet I know that if I don't do it somebody else will - the least I can do is decline the payout.
