There is a lost treasure in a village called Takuri.
No one knows where the treasure is hidden except an old man who had the map to the hidden treasure. His name is Baba Baru.
He got the map 3 years back from a crashed airplane of some foreigners who were entering the village in search for the treasure when he was coming from the farm.
Their plane crashed, and all lost their lives. When Baba Baru went closer, he found them all dead, and he saw this map lying at the chest of one of them. He picked it and observed it, realizing this has to be the map to the hidden treasure they have been hearing about in Takuri.
He picked it and ran home. In the evening, he sat on a mango tree and was thinking what he would actually do, as it turned out that he is old enough and cannot go in search for this treasure. But his son, on the other hand, is irresponsible, so Baba Baru is unable to trust his son with the map of this treasure. He decided that he would give it to him when he observed a change in his character. But as time went by, Baba Baru was now too old and very sick, and was about to die, so he decided to give the map to his son, as it would only be useless if he died without giving it to him. So he called him and told him about the map. He also told him to take the map and, whenever he felt he was ready, he should choose a responsible and trustworthy person to join him in searching for the treasure using the map.
The name of his son is Ozama.
When Baba Baru died and was buried, Ozama called two of his friends and told them about the map. He also invited them to join him in looking for the treasure.
This was not what his father wanted.
Ozama and his friends decided that they were setting out for the journey the next day, so they started preparing and gathering all they were going to be needing.
The two friends went aside with each other and discussed, without Ozama knowing, that they were going to kill him after they found the treasure. In their minds, each of them was still saying that he would kill the other one too once they found the treasure.
Ozama, however, was not planning anything against any of them. He just wanted them to help him so that they would go and get the treasure and share it equally with no cheating or any misunderstanding.
Now, one of the friends was trying to call the other friend to tell him, "Why don't we just kill Ozama now and collect the map so that we will go in search for the treasure without him?" But it appears that instead of dialling the other friend's number, he dialled Ozama's number, thinking it was the other friend's number. When the phone was picked, he started spilling what was in his mind, and as he was speaking, Ozama ended the call. That was when the friend realized that he was actually talking to Ozama, not the other friend that they are planning together with.
When Ozama ended the call, he knew they were going to be coming for him, so he immediately packed off and ran away to another land. He stayed there for 3 years just to get himself together. After that, he set out, prepared himself, and went in search of the treasure. He spent 20 days on Takuri Mountain searching for this treasure, and on the 21st day, he found it and removed it. It appears that it was a statue of gold that was very deep under the ground. He wrapped it and covered it heavily and took it to his new home.
He found a way to trade it, and he actually made a lot of money, so much money that he could not even spend it all in his lifetime. So he relocated abroad and started a new life there. There he married his beautiful wife Kari and they have 3 children Ben, Josh and Jasmine.
He finally realized what his father was warning him about.
Those two friends of his were just full of regret their entire life.
Thank you for stopping by and taking time to read my entry story.
