I know you can use the memo section with "#" to encrypt a message when sending hive, but how do I read them?

I tried sending through hivewallet, but it didn't auto-magically show up there like I hoped... So I seek your guidance. You're welcome to call, because this is kind of an odd request... My cell is 720-278-4043.
