I will like to share my view as regard information management and how better it should be managed.
Existing management system includes storing information in books and so on.
This possess a huge threat to the information after a century because they will be useful in reference for future research.
There are library systems but it is not sufficient in managing records for longer duration and why do we keep building multi mansions called libraries to store copies of what will be destroyed by termites and spending resources on managing them, whereas the digital system of management does not require maintenance of information except there is a new version or edition of such information.
After sometime, the method for managing books which involves storing them in shelves which might be prone to attack or even become a source of fuel in case of fire outbreak. I even suggested a better method in my research.
The way out
The only method available for effective management of information is the use of a digital systems. Storing information on microchips available in digital system such as computer is sufficient for management of information.
With this, information can last long to end of the world.
Preparation
The only preparation we need towards bringing this era to full reality globally is the exposure to digital systems such as computer and digital readers.
Political leaders should focused more on the implementation of digital techniques.
Threat posed
There is no good that doesn’t come with a little of stress. However here are the following challenge it may pose as it would be implemented and ways to overcome.
Eye sight challenge
Getting used to screen brightness can affect the eyes. With this you can use a shade or non-medicated glass during reading from screen.
Ventilation
Ensure there is adequate ventilation where you make use of the digital system. So as to decrease fatigue which may arise as a result of ray emissions from the system.

The benefits of adopting digital method of information management are stated below.

Information can’t be destroyed. There are means of retrieving them is they are attacked by virus.
