As far as I can tell they mostly are charges of entering a restricted building or obstruction. I did a search and couldnt find any charges for inciting.

Do you have any evidence of someone who only said similar things as Ray Epps who is now in prison?
Or do you have evidence that Ray Epps did anything like entering a restricted building or obstruction or assault or anything?

If you dont have either of those two things are you comparing apples to apples.
To me it seems like your comparing two different groups of people... the people outside saying things and the people who went inside. The cops are treating them groups differently and have charged the ones that went inside. It sounds like we both agree that that aint right but thats the difference that I can see.

What was your intention with your post to specifically asking these questions about Ray Epps?

I seen a lot of videos with lots of people lots of stuff like "go in" and "move up" so Im not sure why youre asking questions about him specifically.
