Im not as educated as you and there have been a lot of messages so correct me if Im wrong... but you post multiple videos and articles suggesting that Ray Epps is a FBI informant...

I don't know that the videos claimed Epps was an FBI informant. They asked the same questions I am asking. Why are people who just walked in the building and some who did not rotting in prison and yet Ray is on video inciting and is not given remotely the same treatment.

It was YOU that decided that meant I was against free speech. Though nothing I stated indicated that. It was YOU that decided I must want Ray Epps to rot in prison when nothing I stated indicated that.

ALL the things you are reacting to are occurring inside YOUR mind, not mine. I don't work off of implication. I write what is on my mind. You don't need to try to read between the lines and GUESS.

Yet that is what you are trying to do. As far as being more educated. You are making an assumption again. You have no proof of that. What I know I learned over time in spite of education and without its help and I try not to stop learning.

I did point out how differently he was treated by this witch hunt and I think that is worth noting.

Does that mean he is an FBI agent? No. Could he be? Sure. Anyone could be. But I didn't say he was.

He definitely was inciting. Though I personally don't think he deserves to be in prison or punished for it.

It was far from a BLM or Antifa Riot in its violence and destruction.

He also did tell the guy not to take his weapon in or he might get shot. That was a de-escalation. That is actually a good point in his action.

Had I been there I likely would have agreed with him but unlike him I probably would have ended up in prison.

Do I think the people that were there had valid grievances? Hell yes.

Like I said had I been there I'd likely now be in prison. I agreed with them and I still do.

What I have an issue with is the difference in how Epps and some others are being treated when compared to others.

That doesn't mean I want him to be treated the same. That was your MIND that decided it meant that.

No you can't. You can guess. With enough evidence the probability your guess will be accurate will increase. Yet you can still be wrong.

Do you want to know the secret here? Simple. Don't assume. Ask "Do you mean X?" and give them a chance to solidify what you think they are implying or intending. If you come out of the gate as though they meant something they didn't say you're going to be wrong most of the time and you will be acting like a super human mind reader. It is easy to avoid this trap though. Ask questions without embedding loaded attacks in your question...

Example:
"Do you think Ray Epps should be in prison?"

"Do you think Ray Epps should not have done those things?"

"Do you think Ray Epps should be prevented from speaking?"

The answer to all of those from me IF you had asked would be no.

"Do you think Ray Epps is an FBI plant?"

The answer to that. I don't know. It is possible.

You chose to assume you knew the answers already. You chose to thump your chest and grand stand and act like I am shameful, fake, etc. The ad hominems I quoted above were your introductory reply.

It simply means I've dealt with society and its lack of teaching us critical thinking and I have been like you before in my responses.

I simply try really hard to learn from my mistakes. I don't view being wrong as a horrible thing. There are really only two ways to learn. 1) you are ignorant about something so you can learn about it. 2) you are wrong and can learn from that.

I don't think I've ad hominem attacked you yet. In society today that is usually the response to ad hominems. People get defensive and respond with their own ad hominems and communication devolves and absolutely NOTHING is accomplished other than a few people thumping their proverbial chests.

TO be a truther you need to first work with the ONLY mind you can actually read and know... your own. That is all I can work with as well.

To me everything else is simply probabilities. How probable does this seem? I don't tend to like absolutes so even something very probable in my mind can still be wrong.

One thing is clear... Ray Epps, John Sullivan, and some others received VERY different treatment from MANY other people.

Why?

That doesn't mean I want them to get the same treatment. I don't think anyone should have gotten the Consititutional Rights treatment that has been occurring.

You may have missed it but with regard to Ray Epps. Perhaps the different treatment with Ray Epps was a brilliant move designed to evoke this kind of division and doubt. If you think they are that brilliant then that could be a valid reason.

Yes. Thank you for that. Yet it was also FAR different from how they have treated other people. Including people that didn't even go inside and just happened to be near the building. Including people that went in the building but we have videos of them asking the guards if it is okay to go inside and the guard waving them in.

Also... as I asked "Do you trust this committee?" because I sure as hell don't. They said "We interviewed him, there is nothing there"... kind of like many of these same committee members handled Hunter Biden evidence and others when they were on other committees... Nah... they don't lie. (yes there is sarcasm there)

Today seems to be one of those days of making posts that aggregate a lot of information. I don't often write about January 6th and the so-called "insurrection".
