IMMORTAL CELLS
When I was younger I craved for immortality.
The urge got worse whenever I watched sci-fi movies related to immortality.
Little did I know that this ability I sought for, may have been a bad request....

Immortal cells, but here in the Medical Community we Scientifically refer to them as Carcinogenic cells, Cancer in short.
Cancer cells don't ever die. They actually live forever. As a matter of fact, the longest living cancer cell, who's cell line have been used for various research has lived 69yrs after the body of the patient died.
This cell is Code named
"HeLa"
Amazed??
I bet you are😅
To know more about the HeLa cell read more from the articles in my reference.....
Studies about cancer cells began late in 3000Bc in Egypt, following some observations on Egyptian mummies. However, the term cancer was coined by the Father of Medicine... Hippocrates.
In addition, to their immortality, cancer cells have tremendous ability to replicate. This is to say that a single cell can multiply into a heap in a matter of hours.
