I love exploring new places and recently I went on a hike and I saw this beautiful cafe named as “Basho” in between the pine trees.
It looks really very attractive from the outside as it is made of mud and wood. The idea of this cafe is to promote the culture of Manali. It was built like the people in older generation used to build their houses.
We stopped there and ordered a farm house pizza. Pizza was good! Honestly it was not very good but not that bad either.
The fresh air and bird chirping makes it even better to sit their and enjoy your meal. I have discovered so many beautiful cafes in Manali accedently.
I really liked this place and I am planning to visit again real soon.
