Hive Open Mic Week 133 - Peluang Harapan (Original Song) by Indonesia Bersatu
Hello brothers and sisters, We are IndonesiaBersatu, a Punk Rock band from Medan, Indonesia. We are here again to entertain you and also share the music video we played in the Hive #OpenMic community which has entered its 133rd week. So, this week's theme is "Opportunity" which has been chosen by spotlight artist
Everyone has a role as a carrier of change, especially young people and women. These young men and women have a blazing spirit, so they have the opportunity to achieve change for the better. A wish from the heart will provide energy and encouragement will create good opportunities for all of us. Many of our creative friends are ridiculed, humiliated, and underestimated because they have not been able to achieve their goals. It should not be ignored. Instead, we use this as an encouragement to prove to them that we can.
Opportunity's song of hope written by our vocalist, Opan Gobank is a message to all of us to continue to be creative without having to pay attention to unimportant talk from others. By continuing to be creative and innovate, we can create opportunities to achieve the goals we want. Whatever happens, keep doing your best. Don't forget to also pray to God so that all the good wishes that we want can be achieved. This song was written the same day we were at our friend's coffee shop. And here, the three of us did it, because our drummer was at work, so he couldn't be there to play this song.
Indonesian Lyric
“Pagi kembali,hadir menghampiri
Ku mulai bergegas,untuk beraktifitas
Melawan dunia,yang kejam
Pada diri yang tertindas, aturan
Menyongsong harapan,di depan
Terus mencari peluang, untuk menang
Semua omongan ku bungkam,
Dan ku jadikan penyemangat hidup yg lebih baik
Untuk diriku ke depan
Semoga jalan yg ku pilih di restui,
Tuhan memudahkan langkah untuk ku gapai
Semua harapan,dan semua impian”
English Lyric
“Morning is back, coming to you
I started to hurry, to get active
Against the cruel world
In the oppressed self, the rule
Welcoming hope, ahead
Keep looking for opportunities, to win
All my words are silenced,
And I make a better life encouragement
For myself in the future
May the path I choose to be blessed
God makes it easy for me to reach
All hopes and all dreams”
