Hello all of you, I know it's been a long time but I forgot to share this and I definitely need to share it with you. Because this was the first event that our community did and that I participated in. It's been about 10 months ago. Yes, some of you guessed it right. I will tell you about my Valheim adventure. Before I get into the content of the post, I would like to thank @pusen for organizing this event. You are great, man.
It's been almost a year since I played this game, so it's not possible for me to remember everything exactly, but the screenshots I took in the game refreshed my memory. Since I didn't know the game very well, I usually played with someone. I learned something from everyone I played with and I really enjoyed it. I can characterize this game as a survival and adventure game. You fight the creatures around you, you cut trees, you collect food and you build. In short, you have to do whatever you need to do to survive in real life.
Here you can see our journey with @rubencress. You have to build a raft and travel with it to get from one island to another island, but I had a hard time even standing on the raft haha. Ruben was teaching me how to hold on to the raft XD He also gave me a lot of information about the game. When you die in this game, your stuff stays on your corpse. So you can go there again and get your stuff.
What I like most about this game is that you can roam and explore everywhere and the scenery is always amazing. Even though I didn't play this game with the best graphics, I enjoyed looking around. You have to be careful when exploring places. I must say that the game is as punishing as it is enjoyable. If you enter a biome that is too far above your level you will die very quickly. I say this as someone who has experience in dying 😂😂.
Here is a beehive, and you have to be careful when you approach it. I remember being killed by bees once. Of course I could be wrong XD
I was talking to @rubencress about the hive I found and yes I managed to die before he told me to be careful. Then he died too and we started the game again at the base point.
As you kill bosses in the game, you earn things like this. For example, we killed the Eikthyr boss and got a deer head like this. When I say we killed it, I didn't do anything, probably @pusen killed it :P
Here you see a crow. This crow gives you information about the game. When you do something new, it flies to you and gives you clues. So I can say it is our guide in the game. Since there is no tutorial section in the game, they resorted to such a way.
Among those who played the game was @queenstarr and she was a beginner just like me. Here we were waiting for her dead body with Pusen hahaha. My man Pusen said something wise again. Rest in peace kardesim. I'm sorry I couldn't play this game with you one last time.
After a tiring day, Pusen and I sat and chatted together. We didn't talk about the future of Hive or anything, just the usual stuff.
This screenshot speaks for itself 😂.
The rain effect in the game was a bit weird. It felt like there was going to be a big flood. Thunderstorms and lightning and more. Luckily Pusen said it was just rain and that nothing would happen.
My man gave me something to wear. I was walking around naked until he gave me some clothes. Like I said, I had no idea about this game. I learned everything from Pusen, but I can't say I'm a good player. I was here looking through his things 👀.
I didn't know how to cook either. I threw meat on the stove to cook and I didn't realize it was done so it was all charcoal haha. As you can see in the messages, your food cooks in 15 seconds in the game. Don't make your meat charcoal XD
Here you can see @pusen and
@rubencress fighting the creatures. They attack your houses, your settlements, at some intervals in the game. It sucks because I couldn't do anything, I tried to fight them but they killed me immediately. Fortunately Pusen and Ruben killed them.
So I built a house for myself but I didn't succeed. You also need to be a good architect for that. Just kidding, you don't need to be, you just need to have played the game a few times. Everyone else managed to build great houses. I think only me and @queenstarr didn't have a good house haha.
This is the end of the post, I'm sitting by the fire in Pusen's house. Thank you so much to everyone who participated in this event. As far as I remember now, @demotry and
@castleberry were among those who played the game. I apologize to those I forgot. It was great to play this game with you guys.
Thank you very much for reading, I hope you had fun. Don't forget to leave your thoughts about my post in the comments section. Take care and have a great day!
