Hi, guys!
Yesterday I talked about how I managed to regain my desire to live again, and it's wonderful. Another question is that so far I do not have enough strength to do everything that I want. But I do not lose heart, and at the moment I continue to gradually add classes to my daily plan.
So far, I do not fix exactly how much time I manage to work out this or that type of activity, preferring to be glad that I was basically able to get up and start doing something. But soon I plan to start keeping records again. To do this, I use the Taimular program. It can be installed on a computer or mobile phone, and you can also buy a special octahedron cube, on which each side can be marked as a separate activity. And then you don't have to open the app every time to start tracking time, just turn the cube.
But now, if I immediately start trying to do time tracking, I will most likely be very disappointed. After all, you usually expect that you will study for at least an hour, but now most likely I won’t get even half an hour. So for now I've focused on the fact that the main thing is to start. And there, over time, when my psyche gets stronger, I can start keeping records again and enjoy its results.
This week, which starts tomorrow, I will add an activity that was not there before. I decided to travel to a pottery workshop, to take a series of master classes on modeling. I used to do this only once, but it was very far from home, and it was not convenient to go there. And now I've found a studio that I can literally walk to, which is great. My first project will be a sculpture in the shape of a heart. My husband says that this will not work the first time, but I do not lose hope :)
To some extent, this meme now fits well with my life. Of course, everything has to be done slowly and with an eye on the head, but in general everything turns out well.
Yesterday I did something that I could not do for a very long time. I had spread flute fingerings. but only up to the note si of the second octave. In fact, the first two octaves on the flute are played in the same way, you just need to give more air, and the second octave will sound. But in the third, the fingerings change. When I first started playing, I didn’t even know what range the flute had, so I printed out only the fingerings for the first two octaves, with sharps and flats. And now it's time to learn the third, I looked for fingerings on the Internet, and it was a disaster. Everything was so incomprehensibly written there that I almost had a tantrum.
The flute fingering app saved me. There, a person holds a real tool, and shows how to press the valves. So I just redrawn all this into a music notebook for myself, and now I can calmly learn the notes further.
I hope next week I can show you more interesting stuff :)
Take care of yourself and your loved ones:)
See you in the next post!
Love, Inber
