Hi, guys!
So, I've had my stitches removed. It looks far from pretty, and now they'll take a long time to heal, but I've survived the first stage. The surgery is done, so now I can breathe a sigh of relief and move on to the next stage of taking care of my health. I still have a whole bunch of procedures I need to go through.
For now, I'm just continuing to work on my book and seeing where it leads me, and by the looks of it, it's taking me a long way. It continues to gain momentum at an alarming rate, and now, in addition to the lore file, I need to work on the political and geographical ones. There's nothing I can do; I'll have to do that, too. I have no idea how I'll draw the map, but I'll have to do that, too. So I'll have to pull myself together and do that, too.
I don't know how. Honestly, I just don't know.
But there's also the political systems of both countries at war in my book, and that'll take a lot of time, too. So now I'll have to write not just the rules of the world, but also everyone and everything who lives in it. Madhouse. It'll take a colossal amount of time, but there's nothing I can do. Without it, I'll start stumbling in every other scene.
So we'll put the text aside again and start working on these details. But when I finish... oh my God, it'll be a blast. This will truly be a colossal undertaking, a huge, epic fantasy, timeless. My heart skips a beat. I wish I had the energy for it all. I hope I have enough.
