Hi, guys!
So, I've finally made it. Tomorrow is the day of my surgery, and finally the first part of this epic will be over. I thought this day would never come. So tomorrow morning I'm going to the hospital with my husband, a couple of hours under anesthesia, then until the next day in the hospital, and then home the next day, and it will finally all be over. I'm so happy that at least the first stage of this whole mess will finally be over, because I'm so tired of dealing with it. So I'll be a happy person who's at least had the surgery.
Naturally, all of this is incredibly annoying because it distracts me from working on the book. The doctor asked me yesterday if I was nervous about the surgery, but I couldn't care less. All I can think about is that they're distracting me from writing, and that's all I care about right now. It's not that I need to take care of my gallbladder, but that they're distracting me from working on the book, and that's driving me crazy. I'm busy, I'm overwhelmed with inspiration that I urgently need to realize. So, no, I'm not nervous, I'm more like furious.
So, no, no nerves, just a dry irritation. And it's been with me for a week now, and there's no escape, because working on the book is all I want. I really can't get my mind off of anything anymore, and it's slowly becoming a problem because everything else I do is at a standstill, and the volume is gradually becoming threatening. I need to get organized, otherwise I'll just be overwhelmed.
But it doesn't bother me too much. No big deal, I'll catch up, the main thing now is the writing. The main thing is that after all this time, I'm finally working fanatically, and it's too wonderful.
Have a great day, everyone!
