Hi, guys!
Little by little, very slowly, but I still seem to be returning to normal. I really want to go back to the hospital that was lying with my mother to photograph sculptures on the territory. I have shown you some of them, and you must admit, they are quite interesting. The territory is very large, 30 buildings, and accordingly there are a lot of sculptures, they are literally at every step, on each building you can look for small ones and look at the large ones that stand separately. This is very interesting, although I still think they are strange enough for a place like this. A friend of mine said that if you did not have mental disorders before you got there, they will definitely appear after you look at these works of art.
I faced many difficulties in returning to the usual rhythm of life. First of all, the side effects of lithium still affect me, which means they give me very strong muscle weakness. I’m even afraid to try to pick up my saxophone, I’m afraid that I won’t get it, and then my mood will deteriorate. But I need to return to sports and I need to return to playing musical instruments, and I also need to return to drawing. And the last is perhaps the most difficult. Still, I position myself as an artist, and this is how I earn my living, so this professional moment confuses me very much. I am still going to finish the drawing courses I took last year and which I never fully completed. Now I only have access to lectures and I will not only have a teacher. It's not that you don't really need it, you don't really need it at all.
At least I can already do some chores around the house. During the time I was in the hospital, my husband killed most of my houseplants, so I had to buy new ones. I settled on sansevieria. It seems to me that it is very easy to care for and looks pretty impressive. The fact is that I also do not do well with indoor flowers. Besides, I have a north side and there is very little light. Let's hope these flowers survive. And today I was finally able to go out for a walk and take my dog with me, don't worry, something will happen. The baby, of course, is delighted with this, I hope that now the daily walks will return again on an ongoing basis.
I want to believe that you literally just a little bit more and everything will return, everything will be the same as it was before, or even better. It was not in vain that I went to the hospital in order to improve the quality of my life and improve the quality of my mood.
Have a wonderful day everyone :)
See you in the next post!
Love, Inber
