Started with Java, then HTML, and now CSS. Working my way through what codecademy has to offer. And I'm just not sure if/when I'll feel confident enough to ask for pay for my services. As it stands, I help my fellow actors maintain and build their professional websites. Only because I, who know so little, still know a little more than them. I feel like, if they were going to pay someone, they could get someone with way more expertise than me. That's the way I feel about a lot of things. I'm never quite professional level, I just know a teensy bit more than the people who know nothing, and so I help those people out.
I wish I could feel the confidence in any skill to believe that I could really make a living at it. I mean, I do about the actual work of acting, but I do not about the "building a career" work of acting. How the heck does that part work?
