Allah Almighty says the meaning;
"In their hearts there is disease, and God adds its disease; and for them a painful punishment, for they lie. and if it is said to them: 'Do not make mischief in the land.' They replied: "We are the ones who make improvements." (Surat al-Baqarah: 10-11).
