Rasulullah Saw. Said:
عن ابن مسعود رضي الله عنه عن النبي I قال "يا معشر الشباب من استطاع منكم الباءة فليتزوج فإنه أغض للبصر وأحصن للفرج ومن لم يستطع فليصم فإن الصوم له وجاء (متفق عليه
From Ibn Mas'ud Ra, from Rasulullah Saw said: O youths of whom you have a stock to marry. Because the marriage can be more closed eyes (from things that are forbidden) and keep the genitals, and those who can not afford to mate to fast, because fasting can hold lust. (Muttafaq 'alaih)

Allah SWT. Say:
قال الله تعالى: النور: 32.
And marry those who are alone between you and the righteous (married) of your male slaves and your female servants, if they are poor then God will enable them by His grace. Allah is All-Knowing (All) Knowing (An-Nur: 32).
