I know how much you’ve wanted to feel relieved out of all the hatred in you. You don’t want to feel hated anymore so you’re encouraging yourself to think on the bright side and keep that sunshine in you.
You are hurting but you’ve got your reasons why you try so hard to hide how much you really feel. Always, you face them with a beautiful mask because you don’t want them to see your weaknesses. You don’t want to them to feel pity towards you.
It has been like this since the day you failed on your venture. You lost your confidence little by little without you knowing. Ever since, you’ve been very conscious of yourself because people will be looking at you.
You felt like they already know the whole story without you telling them; how you thrived to pave the way and failed in a snap. It was like you woke up after a bad dream.
Out of the blue, you think and think why almost every time. You couldn’t even move a muscle anymore. You seem to look like a withering flower that was forbidden to ever see sunlight. You’ve been like this just because you failed on your first attempt.
You’re thinking of quitting and accepting that it’s not for you because you have lost your drive to continue the journey. You have forgotten that courageous person in you whom have known nothing but possibilities.
Why do you think you’ve been dragged so low like this? Don’t you feel like someone you know very well let you fall? You lost a brave young person who is now afraid of anything. You know, you could’ve thought of any better reason than this.
"If you're going to quit anything, quit being lazy, quit making excuses and quit waiting for the right time." - Joe Duncan
Why do you think a person has to go down the line and feel so low about them? Is quitting a choice when it seems like nothing is happening?
