When we have the God kind of life, we have the power to use the word of God. When He was creating the universe, He spoke His word and brought forth things to be.
This word is spirit and life and we can speak the word of God to our situations. It must be spoken by faith and with authority.
The disciples spoke the word and cast out demons and healed the sick and oppressed. Even in the old testament, prophets knew how to speak the word, prophet like Elisha.
All these are expected of the people who have external life. We can do the same by faith. We can create, change situations via the word. Faith calls those things that be not as though they were. With faith works wonders in an atmosphere of faith. Put your faith to work today and keep speaking the word, the word works!
All of life challenges bows to the word. Lord my faith is solidly in your word and it is working wonders for me.
Reading passage: Mark 11:12-14
The next morning as they left Bethany, he felt hungry.
13 A little way off he noticed a fig tree in full leaf, so he went over to see if he could find any figs on it. But no, there were only leaves, for it was too early in the season for fruit.
14 Then Jesus said to the tree, "You shall never bear fruit again!" And the disciples heard him say it.
