Good morning hivers ☺️ How are y'all doing this new week?? Hope you are doing great.
Special thanks to hive Ghana for this week's contest. The topic are all exciting to write on. I'm excited and its my pleasure to write on this platform again this week.
This week I will be sharing my opinions about changes that could help make the world a better place. The term "making the world a better place" can mean different things to different people. But in general, it can refer to the act of taking actions that improve the lives of others and make the world a more just, compassionate, and sustainable place.
Making the world a better place can include working towards ending poverty and inequality, protecting the environment, promoting peace and human rights, and many other things. Making the world a better place is an ongoing process, and itis an act requires the collective effort of people from all walks of life.
There are three things one might need to make the world a better place. They include:empathy, courage, and action.
Empathy is the ability for one to understand and be able share the feelings of others. With empathy, we can do a lot including seeing the world from a very different perspective and have compassion too.
Courage is the ability for a person to take risks and act in the face of fear. When a person doesn't have courage, it's easy for the person to stay in his or her comfort zone and avoid taking action.
And lastly, Action is the willingness to do something, even if it's so difficult or uncomfortable to do. With action, we can turn our ideas into reality and make a difference in the world.
There are many ways to make the world a better place. One way one can make the world a better place is to take small actions in our daily lives that can have a big impact. For example, we can choose to buy and eat locally-grown or made produce instead of food that has been shipped from far away, or we can walk or bike instead of driving when possible.
We can also choose to be kind and compassionate in our interactions with others, even when it's difficult or even when the person is hard to deal with Every small action we take can add up to make a big difference.
Now to the things I'll do to change the world and make it a better place if it were in my hands.
I'll will be kind to others, even if they're different from me. Different in culture, believe, reasoning and the rest.
I will help out in my community, whether it's through volunteering, donating to a local charity, or just being a good neighbor.
I will vote for political candidates who share my values and will work to make the world a better place.
I will recognize humanity and respect their dignity. It's good to consciously realize that the homeless man passed on the street every day is, in fact, a man. Maybe because of the choices he made or circumstances out of his control, he ended up in this situation, and that makes him no less human.
Its okay to say hello and warmly greet him. That little greeting could bring healing to his heart, (even if there's nothing to give)and help heal the world one person at a time. Its really okay to treat people as equals, no matter how you interpret their social standing. This little acts can really help change the world.
I'll achieve all this by joining force with people with like minds like me, people that reason like me and also educate the masses about the importance of doing this little things, not only educating them but also empowering them.
