You are connected electromagnetically (like havig wings of colorful electricity) to allperwading field, that is kinda like electromagnetic field but electromagnetic field is just a part of it. There are many frequencies, all of them, infinity, electromagnetic force is just a mini part of it. It's pure physics but also magic. Your blueprint, your outflow is determined by your electromagnetic emissions from your brain and your heart. Hearts is a lot stronger though.
Therefore it is really important what you think and believe, because that is how you feel and what your output is. Where attention goes there goes the enery and simulation creation. And the matrix/maya source relfects that and creates your 3D/5D reality. So think about what are you thinking and think happy, altruistic thoughts with pure heart. Put attention on yourself and helping people with what you love to do. Good intentions, you cant fool frequencies/energy and there are still lessons to be learned but for sure you have the power of how do you percept them and learn. This is why they feed you all the hate and politics bullshit and negative stuff on tv. so you dont even have your attention for yourself anymore. If you wanna heal, put attention on yourself and imagine, feel healing. Don think about illness think about healing. Imagine. Where is your attention there is the center of gravity of your energy flow. So for sure don't let it be in the past. A bit of good thinking about future is okay just dont cling on it and be attached, still you get there through now. Now. Presence. So this is where your energy flow and attention should be. Find the center in yourself. Close your eyes and move attention along your spine, stay a bit in your chest.
