Tonight I present to you a band that I extremely love: Il Branco.
This trio has Umbrian origins and has well disentangled itself in the musical environment of Rome and surroundings, gaining awards and recognition. This is the band's first EP, of the same name, released in 2015 which was followed by an album titled "Non fate caso al sorriso" in 2017. At the moment the band has taken time to work on personal projects, but I trust that the experience of Il Branco has not come to an end.
In the band we find the collaboration between Francesco Gambini (Writer and keyboardist / effects), Nicola Pressi aka "Il cane" (Voice and guitar) and Leonardo Pressi (Drums and voice). The sound of the band oscillates between pop-punk and a neo-metropolitan electronic, the lyrics are an expression of the chaos that we live in the urban environment, modernity and things. The components are now working on side-projects from which the artistic path Cane sula luna (Nicola Pressi).

Stasera vi presento una band che amo estremamente: Il Branco.
Questo trio ha origine umbra e si è ben districato nell'ambiente musicale di Roma e dintorni, aggiundicandosi premi e riconoscimenti, al momento la band non è attiva ma da questo progetto sono comunque emersi tre artisti che secondo me meritano attenzione.
Questo è il primo EP della band, omonimo, pubblicato nel 2015 alla quale è seguito un album intitolato "Non fate caso al sorriso" del 2017. Al momento la band ha preso tempo per lavorare sui progetti personali, ma confido nel fatto che l'esperienza de Il Branco non sia giunta al termine.
Nella band troviamo la collaborazione tra Francesco Gambini (Scrittore e tastierista / effettista), Nicola Pressi aka "Il cane" (Voce e chitarra) e Leonardo Pressi (Batteria e voce). Il sound della band oscilla tra il pop-punk e una elettronica neo-metropolitana, i testi sono un'espressione del caos che si vive nell'ambiente urbano, della modernità e delle cose. I componenti stanno ora lavorando su side-project dal quale ad esempio il percorso artistico Cane sula luna (Nicola Pressi).
